Such minor differences do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Oasissia is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
However, due to hygiene and safety regulations:
- Cosmetic and skincare products must remain unopened, sealed, and unused
- Opened or used products cannot be returned
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
