Where do Oasissia's products come from?
Our products are made from precious date seed oil, extracted from the finest Tunisian dates from the heart of the Sahara. Through a gentle cold-pressing process, we preserve all valuable fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamins. All products are ISO 9001 certified and ECOCERT Organic certified.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! All our products are 100% natural, free from chemicals, parabens and synthetic additives. They are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our products are also vegan and cruelty-free.
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Opened products, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us at info@oasissia.eu to request a return.
How long does it take to get my money back?
After receipt and approval of your return, we process the refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
